ImprovementType = "Dwelling" AND HomeownerResponsibleForExteriorMaintenanceIndicator = "true" and ImprovementComponentType = "Foundation" and (at least one instance of FOUNDATION_STYLE is not provided or FoundationType is not provided in a given instance of FOUNDATION_STYLE)
