Privacy Policy

ReportReady is a pre-submission validation and QC tool for UAD 3.6 appraisal reports, operated by ContinuousTech (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@reportready.io.

• Account data — your name and email, provided when you sign in with Google, a magic link, or email and password.
• Reports you upload — the appraisal packages and MISMO XML you submit for validation, and the findings, versions, and QC notes generated from them.
• Usage data — metering counts (uploads, questions), plan tier, and basic product analytics.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support communications — messages you send us.

To provide and improve the service: validate reports, run QC, keep your history, enforce plan limits, process payments, provide support, and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

The optional AI QC pass sends a de-identified extract of your report to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate reviewer-style observations. The extract is opt-in and is designed to exclude direct identifiers such as borrower names and street addresses. We do not send your raw appraisal package for this purpose, and report content is not used to train third-party models. The copilot answers are grounded in our own knowledge base; your questions are processed to generate a response.

• Anthropic — the AI model behind the copilot and AI QC pass.
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in.
• Razorpay — payment processing for paid plans.
• Analytics — privacy-conscious product analytics, where enabled.

Each processes data only to perform services for us, under their own terms.

We keep your account and reports while your account is active. You can delete a report at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents where required.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management, and, where enabled, privacy-conscious analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or our consent controls.

We operate from India and serve users in the United States and elsewhere. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.
