Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions and billing
The ReportReady Pro plan is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay). Your subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. Additional-upload (overage) charges beyond your monthly allowance are billed for the cycle in which they are incurred.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing support@reportready.io. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will not renew after that. You keep access to your reports on the free tier.
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles or for overage charges already incurred. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service failure, contact us within 7 days and we will review the situation in good faith.
Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds. Please keep your payment method current to avoid interruption.
