For each combination of ComparableAdjustmentType = ("SalesComparableAdditionalAdjustableComparisonItem" or "SalesComparableAdditionalNonAdjustableComparisonItem") and AdditionalComparisonLineItemIdentifier, if there are not matching occurrences of COMPARABLE_ADJUSTMENT across all instances of PROPERTY with @ValuationUseType = "SalesComparable", and the instance of PROPERTY with @ValuationUseType = "SubjectProperty". Example: In Appendix D-1: Sample Scenario SF1, an additional row was added with the Report Label "Below Grade Exterior Access". AdditionalComparisonLineItemIdentifier = "Below Grade Exterior Access" must be provided for the Subject and all Comps along with the associated data points.- Data Point Name
