Photos & exhibits in the delivery package

What you submit isn't a file, it's a package: the MISMO XML, a PDF rendering, and a folder of exhibits. It's easy to treat the exhibits as an afterthought, but the sample scenarios ship with 16 to 43 images each — SF1 alone carries 25. The exhibits aren't decoration; they're part of the evidentiary record, and half of them are analysis, not snapshots.

Two kinds of exhibit, and the second is the one people undervalue

There are the property images you'd expect — DwellingFront, DwellingRear, Comp1 through Comp3, the interior rooms, the sketch. Then there are the analysis exhibits: an absorption-rate chart, a price-trend graph, a median-days-on-market plot, a HERS energy score, the sales-comparable map. Those charts are your market conclusions made visible, and they're exactly what a reviewer studies when they want to know whether your value is defensible. In SF1 you'll find PriceTrends, AbsorptionRate, MedianDaysOnMarket, and a SalesCompMap sitting right alongside the photos.

The data points at the files — and the two have to agree

The XML doesn't contain the images; it references them and describes what each one is. That creates two failure modes that never existed on a paper form: a reference in the data with no file behind it, and a file in the folder that nothing in the data points to. Both are the kind of quiet inconsistency that survives a visual review and surfaces later as a question.

Before you zip it up

• Every exhibit the data references actually exists in the folder — no dangling references.
• The required set is complete: subject front/rear, each comparable, the sketch, the location and comp maps.
• The analysis exhibits (trends, absorption, days-on-market) are present when your narrative leans on them.
• No orphan files padding the package that the report never mentions.
